Founder — Ahmad Abdulla Ahli Advocates & Legal Consultants
After decades of serving the UAE judiciary, Mr. Ahmad established the firm to offer high-calibre litigation services. The firm is built on a legacy of judicial excellence and a vision to mentor the next generation of legal professionals through principled and strategic advocacy.

Advocate and Legal Consultant
Following his retirement from the judiciary, Mr. Ahmad continued to contribute to the legal sector as an advocate and legal consultant, leveraging his decades of courtroom experience to advise clients on complex legal matters.

Retired from Judicial Service
After more than 24 years on the bench, Mr. Ahmad concluded his judicial career with distinction. His retirement marked the transition from public service to private practice, setting the stage for the founding of the firm.

Judge of the Court of Cassation
Mr. Ahmad served as a Judge of the Court of Cassation, handling significant matters involving civil, commercial, criminal and labour law.
2012 – 2016
Chairman — Real Estate Committee for Cancelled Projects
Mr. Ahmad led this special judicial committee tasked with resolving disputes surrounding incomplete or cancelled real-estate developments — a significant responsibility during an important period in Dubai's property market.

Chairman — Real Estate Court
He was appointed Chairman of the Real Estate Court, where he handled significant property disputes and developed extensive judicial experience within Dubai's evolving real-estate legal landscape.
2008 – 2009
Chairman — Labour Court
Mr. Ahmad was appointed Chairman of the Labour Court, bringing extensive judicial experience to complex employer-employee disputes during a period of developing labour-law practice.
2006 – 2008
Judge — Labour Court
As a Judge in the Labour Court, he handled a wide range of employment-related disputes in accordance with applicable UAE labour laws.
2003 – 2006
Judge — Criminal Court
Mr. Ahmad served as a Criminal Court Judge, adjudicating serious criminal matters and developing extensive courtroom experience in criminal law and procedure.
2000 – 2003
Judge — Civil Court
During his tenure at the Civil Court, he developed strong expertise in resolving civil disputes — contractual, financial and personal — laying the groundwork for his later specialisation in real-estate and commercial litigation.

Mr. Ahmad officially began his judicial career in 1998, applying his rigorous legal training and prosecutorial background to uphold justice across a range of civil and criminal cases.

After earning his judicial diploma, he began his public-service career in prosecution — building a strong foundation in criminal law and courtroom procedure.

Having completed his judicial training in 1995, Mr. Ahmad became qualified to serve in the judiciary. This diploma marked the transition from legal scholar to judicial officer.
